Our team

Hydronit Srl was stablished in 2003 by Andrea Gambusera. Before creating Hydronit, Andrea had been previously working in the Fluid Power industry for a decade. The first office of Hydronit was in Meda: a start-up company with two employees. Today Hydronit headquarters are in Varedo, about 20 km North of Milan.

The team is young (averagely around 33 years old), dynamic and motivated. Eight languages are spoken. Over 80% of the staff own a secondary level or Master degree and the company arranges for continuous “on stage” training for employees and partners. Our know-how and expertise comes from nearly 30 years experience in the fluid power industry.

Customer care and Sales offices Hydronit has acquired over the years an excellent customer service and sales assistance team. Although our customer base significantly increased in the last few years, the company efficiency and effectiveness remained the same, thanks to the optimization of all processes and the deep use of IT technologies, which also brought to a significant reduction in the use of paper in the offices.

Technical support and Quality assurance Hydronit supports its partner thanks to its team of qualified and highly skilled engineers. They are available for any advice or support either on the single components application or on complex hydraulic solutions.
