Reinventing hydraulics: more control, more efficiency, more future.
Hydronit CEO
Integral components for compact hydraulic power units
Hydronit integral components are designed to enhance the flexibility, functionality and serviceability of modular hydraulic power packs. Installed directly inside the central manifold cavities, these components help create more complex hydraulic systems while simplifying configuration, assembly and maintenance.
From emergency actuation to directional, flow and pressure control, integral components play a key role in building efficient and application-oriented hydraulic solutions.
What the range includes
The Hydronit range of integral components includes several essential solutions for modular power unit design:
- PMC02 cartridge hand pump SAE08 (3/4-16UNF), 2 cc/stroke, an affordable and practical solution to add emergency actuation to the power pack
- Two-way poppet seat solenoid valves SAE08 (3/4-16UNF), available in normally closed, normally open, single locking and double locking versions, with manual override available
- Pressure and flow proportional control valves, also available with integrated PWM driver
- Main relief valves, designed to improve pressure setting and stability while reducing the noisy behaviour common in lower-cost alternatives
- Main check valves, designed for easy external removal to simplify cleaning and servicing
Built for easier assembly and maintenance
All Hydronit cartridges are designed as single-piece screw-in valves, so they can be fitted easily without loose parts. This makes assembly faster and cleaner, while also supporting easier service operations when maintenance is required.
The main check valve, for example, can be removed from the outside, making inspection and cleaning more immediate and practical.
Emergency, control and stability in one integrated solution
Integral components make it possible to add critical functions directly inside the manifold, improving the overall compactness of the hydraulic unit. Emergency manual operation, on/off control, proportional management of pressure and flow, and more stable pressure regulation can all be integrated within the same design logic.
This approach helps OEMs and system designers reduce complexity and create more efficient hydraulic assemblies for a wide range of applications.
Why choose Hydronit integral components
- More compact integration: Key hydraulic functions are installed directly inside the central manifold cavities.
- Greater configuration flexibility:The range supports different control and emergency actuation needs within modular power pack design.
- Simpler assembly:Single-piece screw-in cartridges are easier to install, with no loose parts to manage.
- Easier servicing:Selected components, such as the main check valve, are designed for easier external access.
- Consistent system logic: Integral components are part of Hydronit’s modular approach, helping simplify coding, configuration and spare part management.
FAQ
G or H plugs are normally fitted in cavity 2 and 4, of types UA and UB central manifolds when these cavities are not used. H type has a 1/4″BSP connection port to allow mounting of a pressure gauge or switch or minimess. L type plug fits cavity 3 of U4 and UB manifolds when this cavity is not used.
Thanks to Hydronit range consistency, most integral solenoid valves (and some external valves too – see section G in this catalog) fit the same M63* series coils. M630 are for DC supply voltage, while M631 are rectified coils with integral rectifying circuit to be supplied with AC current, not requiring external rectifying bridge connectors. The M63* coils are availble with DIN 43650 / ISO 4400 standard connectors (KA13200000) and Deutsch connectors too. On catalogue you will find the coil table for all valves.
The power packs are coded with a «speaking» code, which is basically the list of sub-assemblies which make up the power pack (motor, pump, valves, tank,…). Integral components are those mounted inside central manifold cavities. Each component has an assembly code, normally a single letter, which builds up the speaking code. It also has a spare part code in case it is to be ordered as a loose component. The numbered cavities are indicated in the hydraulic scheme and on the casting too, so that it is easy to draw the schematic diagram starting from the speaking code itself and easy to assemble the components on the manifold.
