At the heart of every successful enterprise is a story made of passion, innovation and absolute dedication. This is the story of HYDRONIT, a pioneering company in the hydraulic sector, led by our founder and CEO, Eng. Andrea Gambusera.
Eng. Andrea Gambusera’s journey in the hydraulic sector began in 1994, after graduating in mechanical engineering from the prestigious Politecnico di Milano. Thanks to the experience gained in a multinational company in the fluid dynamics sector in the 1990s, Andrea began to shape the idea of a REVOLUTIONARY COMPANY. In 2003, driven by passion for new technologies, advanced computer systems, innovation and sustainability, Hydronit Srl was born.

Over the years Hydronit has designed and developed a wide range of modular and compact hydraulic power packs, used in thousands of applications in industrial, mobile, oil gas, marine, and energy sectors. With exports to 70 countries across five continents, our network of distributors and associated companies is global, including USA, United Kingdom, China and Australia.
We produce approximately 70,000 hydraulic power packs per year, exporting over 70% of total production. Our compact units are designed to optimize machine weight and dimensions, ensuring high power density and lower consumption, perfect for the needs of modern manufacturers.

Hydronit is proud to be a GREEN company. Our commitment to sustainability is evident in the photovoltaic system at our Varedo headquarters, which supplies approximately 50% of the factory’s energy consumption. Since 2009 we have committed to minimizing the use of fossil fuels in our facilities, except for emergencies. High energy efficiency machinery, autonomous electrical energy production, hyper-insulated buildings and high-performance heat pumps testify to our environmental commitment. For years we have been pioneers in the use of recyclable materials, lead-free aluminum and 100% biodegradable hydraulic fluids.
